Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping

Upon confirmation of payment, your order will be processed and delivered via mail or courier. If we have stock on hand, it will usually take about 3 working days (unless otherwise informed).


2. Local Delivery

The delivery fee is fixed at $2/article normal mail delivery for local addresses. Customers may request for registered mail upon which customers may be charged an extra $2.25. The shipping fee shall be waived for orders above $60 or if order is picked up.


4. Return and Exchange Policy

For wrong products (ie wrong size, colour or style) delivered, return & exchange will be acceptable within 5 days.


5. Refund Policy

In general, no refund will be provided unless the article initially ordered is not available.
